This promotional film made in the 1930's showcases general views of the Hatley Park grounds, building exteriors and gardens. This film was commissioned by the Royal Trust, which was the trust company responsible for selling the property to the federal government in 1940. After this time it became a military college until 1995, at which time it becme Royal Roads University.
